Question: Already working with a realtor?

Answer: Great Homes Realty, Inc. offers our selection of properties as a buyer’s agent and we specialize in finding the best deals in Foreclosures, Bank Owned & Short Sales. We work with clients to find the right property, the right investment. Unless indicated otherwise, we do not represent the projects we’re presenting. If you’re already working with a Real Estate Agent, we suggest that you talk to your Real Estate Agent regarding projects you are interested in. Your realtor needs to represent you to the developer or the seller and present your reservation or Offer to Purchase. Please ask your realtor, not us, about any project you are interested in. We encourage you to continue working with the Real Estate Agent you’ve chosen, but if circumstances change, we’ll be glad to help. This web site is not meant as a solicitation for your business.
